Fjällbackamorden: Strandridaren
Synopsis
After a storm, young coast guard and diver Jessica discovers two dead scuba divers. Suspecting foul play, she challenges her superiors' conclusion of an accident and turns to her childhood friend Patrik for help. Patrik and his partner Erica, en route to a romantic holiday, change course to visit the picturesque village of Kungshamn. They soon become entangled in the investigation. Erica conceals her identity as the wife of a police officer and is invited to join the local museum association. During her first meeting with the group, the association's chairman is found murdered. With three deaths now under official investigation, the victims are linked by their shared interest in the wreckage of a ship from the 1820s. Was the wreckage finally discovered? What cargo did the ship carry? And what led to its sinking?
