Synopsis
Fleetwood Mac are one of the best-selling bands in music history and continue to perform. Their story, as told by the band members, is a detailed account of love and conflict, success and loss. Few bands have experienced such significant musical and personal transformations. The group originated from the 1960s British blues scene and later developed a West Coast sound that contributed to the sale of 40 million copies of their album *Rumours*. Behind the success, however, the band experienced internal turmoil. They went through several line-ups, featuring six different lead guitarists. While working on *Rumours*, the two couples central to the band ended their relationships, and this emotional strain influenced the creation of the album.
