Synopsis

From the perspective of a police officer, the film portrays life in New York's infamous South Bronx. At the center of the story is "Fort Apache," as the officers refer to their police station, which feels more like an outpost in enemy territory. The narrative follows Officer Murphy, who appears to be a tough cynic but is, in fact, a moralist with a strong sense of justice.
