Synopsis
In 1987 Oakland, a mysterious force leads the city's underdogs through four interconnected stories: teenage punks defend their neighborhood from Nazi skinheads, a rap duo competes for hip-hop glory, a tired henchman seeks redemption, and an NBA All-Star pursues justice.
