Synopsis
Stationed in West Germany, soldier Tulsa McLean hopes to open a nightclub after leaving the army. Although he lacks the capital for the venture, a friendly wager offers a chance to raise the cash. Local dancer Lili, portrayed by Juliet Prowse, is known as an ice queen, and Tulsa bets everything he has that a friend of his can win her affections. When that friend is dispatched to Alaska, Tulsa must attempt to melt Lili’s heart himself.
