Synopsis

Jack Carter is a small-time criminal operating in London. Upon learning of his brother's death, he travels to Newcastle to attend the funeral. Disbelieving the police's conclusion that it was a suicide, Carter begins investigating by reaching out to his brother's friends and acquaintances in an effort to uncover who was responsible for his brother's murder and the reasons behind it.
