Synopsis

Bertram Pincus, a grumpy, socially averse dentist living in Manhattan, unexpectedly gains the ability to see dead people—particularly bothersome ones. Among them is Frank Herlihy, a charismatic ghost who persistently nudges Pincus into a romantic entanglement with his widow, Gwen. As the living and the dead become increasingly intertwined, Pincus finds himself caught in a chaotic and humorous situation that spans both worlds.
