Synopsis

The documentary follows Gene Scott, a prominent televangelist who was frequently at odds with the FCC during the 1970s and '80s, as the agency sought to shut down his television show. Scott is also shown arguing with his viewers, expressing frustration over what he perceives as insufficient financial support to sustain the program.
