After a nuclear war triggered by the notorious villain Dr. Hell, who hails from the distant planet Goretech, Earth is left in ruins, dominated by violence and death. With humanity on the brink of extinction and no women remaining, a timid and cowardly young man named Han crosses paths with a gruff, mythical old man who imparts to him the secrets of martial arts. Together, they set out to challenge and ultimately overthrow the oppressive rule of the malevolent Dr. Hell.
