Synopsis
After a devastating car accident that claims the life of her husband, Michael, expectant mother Madeline Matheson learns that her unborn daughter, Grace, has died in the womb. Despite her doctor's warnings that the fetus must be removed, a distraught Matheson insists on carrying the child to term, even at the risk of her own life. To her shock, Grace is born undead—and with a hunger for human blood.
