Synopsis
In 1867, former Confederate general Jackson Hardin harbors a lingering resentment toward the Union. Alongside his famed "Floating Outfit," he resists allowing the aftermath of war to define life in the struggling postwar South. Meanwhile, across the Rio Grande, a French military force occupies Mexico and eyes the weakened American states with interest. Hardin and his "guns of honor" must confront these potential invaders.
