Gvozdi
Synopsis
Nails follows an assassin named Hitman, who suffers from a severe headache that can only be alleviated by driving a series of nails into his skull. This act marks the beginning of a descent into self-destruction, culminating in the film's final act with unsettling and disturbing imagery, accompanied by blood and entrails. The film presents a visual delirium meticulously crafted down to the smallest details, particularly in the use of color throughout its three distinct phases, which structure the filmmaker's debut.
