Synopsis
Peaches, a hairdresser and salon owner from Baltimore, is forced to flee the city after facing IRS issues due to unpaid back taxes. She reunites with her more successful sister, Angela, who is also a stylist, in Los Angeles. Angela is strained by Peaches' financial troubles, while Peaches' rival, Marcella, seeks to take over her salon in Baltimore. As Angela supports her sister in regaining stability, Peaches competes in a hairstyling contest, aiming to win a substantial cash prize to save her business.
