Synopsis
*Hanasaari A* is an experimental documentary that explores the evolving cityscape of Helsinki and the final phase of a coal-fired power plant. The traditional industrial setting is being dismantled to make way for contemporary residential buildings. The film blends animation, live-action cinematography, and graphic elements. It is constructed from 500,000 photographs taken over the last two years of the power plant's operation.
