Synopsis
*Heureux Anniversaire* is a 1962 French short comedy film directed by Pierre Étaix. In it, a husband attempts to secure the right anniversary gifts and navigate through traffic to return home in time for lunch, while his wife waits impatiently and grows increasingly drunk. The film won an Academy Award in 1963 for Best Short Subject.
