Synopsis
Elwood P. Dowd forms a friendship with a spirit that appears as a human-sized rabbit named Harvey, visible only to him and, occasionally, to a few others. When his sister attempts to have him committed to a mental institution, a series of comedic misunderstandings unfolds. Elwood and Harvey become instrumental in helping the family heal old rifts and in sparking romances in unexpected places.
