A hedonistic Parisian photographer must decide whether to pursue her ambitions and romance or join the fight against rising fascism, risking everything she holds dear.

Synopsis
Gilda Bessé lives in a Paris apartment shared with an Irish schoolteacher named Guy Malyon and Mia, a Spanish refugee. As global tensions escalate toward war, Gilda continues to indulge in a hedonistic lifestyle while advancing her career as a photographer. In contrast, Guy and Mia feel a growing sense of duty to oppose fascism, ultimately leading to the separation of the three friends.
