Healing Drugs
Synopsis
Psychedelics such as LSD and psilocybin, which are currently banned substances, are being investigated for their potential in treating various medical conditions. Research into their therapeutic applications is ongoing, with one of the largest studies being carried out by Charité hospital in Berlin and the Central Institute for Mental Health in Mannheim, Germany. However, due to the incomplete understanding of their risks and side effects, the use of these substances in a therapeutic context remains a subject of significant debate.
