Heart of a Dog
Synopsis
In the 1920s in Moscow, shortly after the October Revolution, a stray dog named Sharik is taken in by Professor Preobrazhensky, a wealthy and respected surgeon. The professor conducts a bold medical experiment on the dog, transforming him into a human being. As the newly created Sharikov begins to adjust to life in the professor's apartment, his crude behavior and radical revolutionary ideas disrupt the household.
