Synopsis

"Hell" is the name of the protagonist in the story. He is held captive by women who now govern the United States following a nuclear and biological war. As a result of the war, mutants have emerged, and the human race faces the threat of extinction due to widespread infertility. Hell is assigned the mission of rescuing a group of fertile women from the harem of a mutant leader who resembles a frog. He is unable to escape because a bomb is attached to his private parts, which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard.
