Synopsis
Danny O'Brien returns to confront Simon Moon, also known as The Terror. Three years earlier, O'Brien had captured The Terror on his own and was praised as a hero by the residents of Los Angeles. After escaping, Simon Moon resumes killing women, and O'Brien is positioned as the sole individual capable of stopping him.
