Synopsis
The documentary explores the world's first nuclear attack and its significant consequences. It spans a three-week period, beginning with the Trinity test and ending with the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, detailing America's political strategy and the preparation for this historic event. The program utilizes archival film, dramatizations, and special effects to depict events aboard the Enola Gay, the aircraft that delivered the bomb, and within the bomb itself as it exploded.
