Hochzeitsstrudel und Zwetschgenglück

When Hanna (Fanny Krausz) unexpectedly inherits half of her deceased grandmother's farm in Lower Bavaria, her life is drastically changed. The conditions of the will are strict: she must manage the farm for four weeks alongside her cousin Max (Daniel Gawlowski), and spend every night there, or else the property goes to the church. This is a difficult requirement, as Hanna is on the verge of starting her new job at Alex's coffee bar in Munich. Coincidentally, Alex (Matthias Gärtner) is also the man she is in love with. Determined, Hanna embraces the challenge, trying to balance her urban aspirations with her rural responsibilities. The more time she spends in her childhood home, however, the more she begins to understand her true desires. As she navigates this new chapter, she also uncovers a long-buried family secret.
