Synopsis
*How to Operate Your Brain* is a 29-minute guided electronic meditation, combining spoken and musical elements. In the piece, Dr. Timothy Leary aims to convey key insights from his visionary experiences with LSD. Although it may have been designed for use with psychedelic drugs to help establish the positive "set" and "setting" he considered crucial for a successful "trip," the work functions effectively as a standalone, profound guided meditation. It includes some of the core sacred principles of Yoism.
