Synopsis
In Holland, Pluto works as a milkman, delivering milk in canisters to the town's doorsteps. While performing his duties, he becomes infatuated with Dinah, a dachshund. In his excitement, he accidentally rings the dike bell, leading the townspeople to believe the dike is leaking. When the misunderstanding is uncovered, Pluto and Dinah are expelled from the town. As they leave, they discover that the dike has indeed developed a leak. While Dinah attempts to stop it, Pluto returns to the town to find a way to convince the residents to accompany him to the site of the dike's damage.
