Synopsis
War journalist Paul Prior returns to his New Zealand hometown following the death of his father, reigniting tense relationships with his brother and resurfacing memories of a difficult past. He forms a friendship with Celia, an inquisitive and aspiring writer who is drawn to his experiences. When Celia vanishes under mysterious circumstances, Paul becomes the main suspect, compelling him to face long-buried secrets and reveal the hidden truths about his family and the community.
