Synopsis
Even today, the GDB is the indicator of wealth the most quoted in reference in the media, by economists, journalists and political representatives. What is it that makes us continue to advocate an increase in GDB, no matter if it, to take up Robert Kennedy's expression, 'measures everything except what makes life worth living' ?. A mystery. ""Indices"", the new film by Vincent Glenn, exposes the aberrations of a mode of calculation that positively adds up the compensations caused by catastrophes, and which we continue almost everywhere to use to define the 'quality of life' of nations.
