Synopsis

An adaptation of Jon Krakauer's bestselling book *Into Thin Air: A Personal Account of the Mt. Everest Disaster*, the film re-creates the events of the disastrous Mount Everest climb that occurred on May 10, 1996. It follows Krakauer throughout the journey, depicting his experiences and the challenges he faced during the ascent.
