Synopsis
Charlie, working at a junkyard, constantly tries to help people in unconventional ways using materials from his workplace. He learns from a German professor about a bird called the Belgish Kongo, known for eating metal. Inspired, Charlie embarks on a wildly improbable quest to capture one. Using music—since the birds are drawn to it—and a peculiar worm, he manages to catch one. However, the bird continues to deliver increasingly absurd and unexpected surprises.
