Synopsis
*It's Not Custard* is a darkly comic story about Louise, a teenager who deals with persistent acne and ongoing bullying. At home, she is mistreated by her cruel older sister, Jennifer, and at school, she is tormented by classmates both inside and outside the classroom. Desiring an end to the teasing, Louise is given a chance when she wakes up to find her acne gone. However, this seemingly magical gift comes with a strange consequence—one that ultimately benefits our protagonist.
