It's Not Over
Synopsis
Carola Weber is stunned when her husband, Jochen, introduces his new hospital colleague—she recognizes the man's voice. The sound triggers a traumatic memory, bringing her back to her time in GDR women's prison Hoheneck. Carola is convinced that Prof. Wolfgang Limberg, the new colleague, was the doctor who administered psychotropic drugs to her during her imprisonment, forcing her to testify. As a result, she lost two fingers while working on a conveyor belt. This incident ended her career as a pianist.
