Synopsis
A TV weatherman attempts to prove his theory that a series of unexplained catastrophes are caused by powerful winds from the upper atmosphere reaching ground level. His claims draw the attention of government scientists, who enlist his help to control the phenomenon before it destroys all life on Earth.
