Synopsis
This elaborate DVD package offers fans of Ian Anderson's Jethro Tull an extensive collection of concert footage and additional features. The centerpiece is nearly two hours of performances, filmed in late 2001, primarily in London with supplementary material from other locations. The set includes songs spanning the band's long career, such as "Aqualung" and "Bouree." The current Tull lineup, with Anderson on vocals, flute, and various other instruments, is featured prominently. The package also includes a few songs performed with a string quartet and a small-club performance by the original 1968 lineup that recorded the band's debut album. Additional features include interviews with band members, testimonials from fans, photographs, and multiple camera angles capturing a Tull performance from different audience perspectives.
