Synopsis
In 1974, Chilean-French director Alejandro Jodorowsky began an ambitious project to adapt Frank Herbert's influential novel *Dune* (1969) for the cinema. After two years of work and a significant financial investment, the project ultimately failed. However, the group of artists Jodorowsky assembled for the endeavor continued to collaborate, eventually contributing to the development of modern science fiction cinema.
