Joker: Marginal City
Synopsis
Joker is a cyborg possessing superior strength, the ability to absorb the DNA of any person through touch, and the capacity to regrow its entire body or parts of it at will, allowing Joker to appear as either male or female. Joker is a member of a specialized law enforcement troop, functioning simultaneously as a cop, judge, and executioner. Together with his or her lover, a police officer, Joker has confronted and dealt with criminals of all kinds.
