Jury Duty
“For truth. For justice. For five bucks a day.”
Synopsis
Tommy Collins, who is unemployed, learns that jurors who are sequestered receive free room and board along with $5 per day. Motivated by this, he arranges to be assigned to a jury in a murder trial. Once on the jury, he takes every possible step to extend the trial and the deliberations, while also working to make the sequestration experience more comfortable for himself.
