Kamen Rider Black RX: Run All Over the World
Synopsis
The Crisis Empire formulates a strategy to defeat Kotaro Minami by reverting him back to his previous form, Kamen Rider Black, and dispatching several revived monsters to pursue him. However, Kamen Rider Black receives assistance from another RX, who utilizes a time warp to aid his past self. The two are later joined by RX's alternate forms, RoboRider and BioRider, and the four Kamen Riders unite their powers to overcome the revived monsters.
