Synopsis
Imdat is a poor, uneducated, working‑class window cleaner who has migrated to the big city. While cleaning the windows of the private TV channel Kanal I, the channel’s president, Berk, discovers that Imdat can sense which programs will achieve high ratings and which are likely to be rejected by audiences. Berk begins exploiting Imdat’s ability to boost ratings. Imdat eventually replaces Berk as head of the channel and produces tasteless, exploitative programmes that attain massive ratings, becoming involved in the dirty media games himself.
