Kék róka

Set in the early 1900s, the story centers on a love triangle involving characters from the middle class. Cecile, a beautiful bride, becomes instantly captivated by a man she meets on the street, not realizing he is Sándor, the well-known boyfriend and witness to her engagement. By the moral standards of the era, their love is impossible, as Sándor is a free-spirited man who refuses to acknowledge any romantic connection with Cecile. Despite this, he continues to visit the couple frequently, though he often travels abroad to cope with his intense emotions. When Cecile returns from a trip, influenced by rumors, she begins to feel as if she is betraying her husband, Pál. As a loyal friend, Sándor reveals the truth to Pál and confronts Cecile, exposing her as deceptive. However, this confrontation is only the beginning of a complex narrative filled with twists and misunderstandings.
