In this epic tale, Kerem and Aslı, who are caught up in the most tragic form of impossible love, are unable to be together due to various factors. The deadly physical and emotional pain they endure afterward is so intense that even death seems like a form of salvation. The famous folk tale of Kerem and Aslı is one of the rarely adapted sources in literature and cinema. The heart-wrenching film is highly valuable both in this sense and due to its realistic performances and intricate screenplay.
