Synopsis
Edwin’s Restaurant aims to become one of America’s top French restaurants, distinguished by its unique staff. Brandon Edwin Chrostowski is preparing to open his fine dining establishment in Cleveland, Ohio, employing a team composed almost entirely of recently released prisoners seeking a chance to rebuild their lives. The staff participates in a classical French food boot camp to learn the fundamentals of fine wine, sauces, and other aspects of high-end cuisine.
