Synopsis
Mati is an assistant at a TV studio who has patiently waited for his chance to become a TV star, but it seems he may have to wait forever. One day, an alien named Tipp is sent to Earth by his superior, Tapp, to discover the purpose of the Estonian children's TV show "Tipp and Tapp." Tipp takes residence inside Mati's brain, causing the man to act in unpredictable ways.
