Kreuz des Südens
Synopsis
Criminal investigator Tommy Wehrschitz is suspended—on medical advice—after sustaining a serious head injury while on duty. To cope with the upheaval in his life, he travels to southern Burgenland to sell property he inherited from his late, estranged father. Shortly after arriving, Tommy is invited to a local circus performance. The vibrant show is abruptly interrupted when a thrown knife fails to hit its intended target and fatally strikes a member of the audience instead.
