Synopsis
L'ILYA is a young video artist who documents people's suicides and projects their final moments out of context in trendy clubs. The film is classified as a "moyen métrage," or "medium-length feature," a format that is too long to be considered a short film yet too short to qualify as a full-length feature. Because of this classification, the film has faced significant challenges in gaining visibility, even within the festival circuit. Nevertheless, wherever it has been shown, it has left a lasting impression. The film is known to linger in viewers' memories long after its impact has been acknowledged.
