Synopsis
*The Forest* is a family drama characterized by spontaneity, dark humor, and a strong focus on acting and theater, typical of director Arnaud Desplechin. The film features Michel Vuillermoz and Denis Podalydès as the nephew and his friend, Adeline D’Hermy as the niece, and Martine Chevallier in a standout role as the self-centered aunt Raissa.
