Synopsis
Thanks to recent archaeological discoveries, this docudrama combines movie associations and documentary footage to rediscover the "true face" of the Gaulle. Featuring comments from Clovis Cornillac, the film is set in 52 BC at the fortress of Alesia, where Apator, a Gallic leader, is exhausted after forty days of siege. His armies prepare to fight against the Roman legions that have surrounded them.
