Synopsis
*The Chicken* (*Le Poulet*) is a 1965 French short comedy film directed by Claude Berri. The story follows a father, mother, and son who visit a chicken farm. The son catches a chicken and brings it home. The father decides he will eat it if it does not lay eggs, while the boy tries to save the chicken, leading to a series of comedic events. The film won an Academy Award in 1966 for Best Short Subject.
