Synopsis
Franco, Joanna, Audrey, Lia, and Philippe were struck by a brutal and inexplicable unease when viewing certain works of art during a trip to Florence, Paris, or Barcelona. They tell their story: What happened? Sunstroke? Drop in blood pressure? Disorientation? An investigation begins... Graziella Magherini, a psychiatrist in Florence, returns to the questions that have preoccupied her as she tried to solve this modern affliction with her patients: motion sickness? Disorders related to places haunted by history, fear of beauty, art pain? A mysterious and breathtaking investigation that reveals Stendhal syndrome.
