Leo the Lion
Synopsis
Young Leo leads a difficult life, as his family fails to understand his choice to be a vegetarian lion. His loneliness is short-lived when he meets Avoria, the elephant queen, who has recently given birth to two calves with braided tails. Mysteriously widowed, Avoria is pursued by the dapper Zanco. Through a series of unfortunate events, she becomes separated from her young. Leo takes it upon himself to care for them, setting off on a journey to find the legendary Milk Lake, during which he encounters a variety of incredible adventures. This fable, which concludes on a happy note, addresses the themes of diversity and racism with engaging originality.
