Les déferlantes
Synopsis
Louise takes refuge in a quiet Normandy town, where she cares for Theo, a grumpy retired lighthouse keeper who shares her interest in birdwatching. As she walks the winding coastline, observing both birds and the people around her, Louise also keeps an eye on Florelle, an elderly woman who wanders the beaches, seemingly waiting for the sea to return something lost. Watching the townspeople's reactions to Lambert, the heir to a family that disappeared at sea, Louise becomes curious about his past and gradually drawn to him. As their connection grows, they begin to uncover the long-buried secrets of the village, working together to reveal the truth that may finally free them both.
